No. 12cuci net enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each player is only permitted to hold one account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — based on matching personal details, phone number, IP address or payment method — all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. This is to prevent bonus abuse and ensure all members are treated fairly. If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, contact 12cuci net support for assistance — do not create a new account.

Your MyKad number is required for two key reasons. First, to verify that you are at least 18 years old and are a genuine Malaysian citizen or resident — a legal requirement that cannot be waived. Second, to ensure your winnings are withdrawn correctly and securely to the right account in your name. Your MyKad details are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and handled in compliance with Malaysia's PDPA 2010. 12cuci net will not share this information with third parties for commercial purposes. Read Privacy Policy us for more information.

Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and DuitNow are typically processed in under 30 seconds. Deposits via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other banks) usually take between 1 and 5 minutes depending on the respective bank's system. In the rare event that a deposit takes longer than 15 minutes, do not make another deposit — contact 12cuci net support via live chat and provide your transaction reference number for an immediate investigation. Our team is available 24/7.

Third, click the "Resend Verification Email" button found on the 12cuci net login page. Your 12cuci net username is permanent and cannot be changed after registration — so choose one you're happy with from the start. Your email address can be updated under "Account Settings", provided you verify your identity first. Your phone number can be updated through the OTP verification process.
